About Us
We do natural construction and design for a living, and we do it the right way, no shortcuts, no delays. We are professionals with 15 years of international experience, we dedicate all our life to this mission.
We know what we do, from the project until giving the key of your home.
No matter where you live in the world, we are there for you, we are used to have international clients living abroad, We speak English, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian and Ukranian.
We are a family, we count with a network of professionals in all sustainable areas, constructing in Serra Grande (one of the last untouched pearls of Bahia, Brazil) and designing for all over the world.
We are always open to new ideas, projects, workshops, collaborations… Sounds interesting? Click here to contact us
Irina Biletska
Born in Ukraine, through some extensive trips and research around the world, he learned and shared about organic design, permaculture, bio-construction and co-criation of projects. Since she arrived in Brasil in 2011 she has bee living in Piracanga, south of Bahia and there she has made more than 30 projects integrating various techniques with earth building, bambu, green roofs and sustainable engineering systems. She works with organic design and bio-construction techniques since 2005. She has a BA degree from Kiev University of Architecture and construction, she studied organic architecture in Goetheanum (Basel, Switzerland), has seminaries at the international forum os man and architecture (IFMA, Germany) and the international forum of applied intuition (Berlin, Germany), participative design in Damanhur (Italy), Permaculture Design Course with Bill Mollison, Bio-architecture with Johan Van Legen in Tibá (Brazil). She has created projects in Brazil, Ukraine, Turkey, Mexico and Argentina.
Gonzalo Nadal
Born in Argentina, since 2012 he has worked with bio-construction. in 2013, he was the co-founder or the bio-construction cooperation called ECOHACER, in Patagonia.
He has worked since then for 5 years with Marco Aresta and his team (Portugal) specialising in natural construction techniques, appropriate technologies and adequate engineering for cold weather. In his endeavours, he integrated and conciliated the execution of projects where apprentices had the chance to learn under him about bio-construction in a professional matter. Through the experience in cooperation professionals with ECOHACER, he could face challenges in the marketplace bringing innovative and sustainable solutions to the area of civil construction. Currently he supervises a team of bio-construction led by the architect Irina Biletska in the south of Bahia integrating experiences coming from the north and the south of he region.
Organic Architecture
Design Methodology
Our approach is based on the international chain of organic architecture, developed in the beginning of the 20th century by people like Frak Lloyd Wright, Rudolf Steiner, Antoni Gaudi, Hugo Haering, Alvar Aalto, Hans Schauron and others.
In organic architecture, every building is seen as a living organism. Every part must express and reflect its own specific function, which emerges naturally from the context in which it is inserted: place, social ambiance, culture, age. That’s why, as we develop a project, our goal is to create spaces capable of transmitting the pulse of existence and human individuality.
Our organic design considers not only the physical needs of its users but also the psych and spiritual aspects. the creative process includes studies about the personality of our clients, the quality of the place in which the building will take place and the development perspectives of the human been who will inhabit the building itself. The end result is the full well being of every inhabitant or co-worker who utilizes the place.
Organic architecture as we conceive, must be intrinsically connected with bio-construction techniques. We prioritise, therefore, the use of natural materials such as wood, bamboo, earth and we also adapt sustainable system for pluvial water, ecological sanitation, and bio=climatic architecture, with a strong emphasis on lighting and natural ventilation.
In conclusion, the combination or organic architecture and bio-construction, joint with technology, results not only in the reducing the environment impact (environment footprint), but it also creates more original ambiances, healthy and inspiring for those who will be part of it.
